2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds are only available if requested more than 10 hours before the scheduled meeting start time
- After 10 hours from the meeting start time, no refunds will be issued
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the booking
- Processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your MeetAtPod account
- Go to your booking details
- Click on the "Request Refund" button
- Provide a reason for the refund request
- Submit the request
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Bookings within 10 hours of the meeting start time
- No-shows or late cancellations
- Additional services or amenities purchased with the booking
